Through our hypnosis training and self hypnosis tapes you can empower yourself to lose weight, stop smoking, sleep better, experience more peaceful childbirth or medical/dental procedures, and improve your personal performance.  Our hypnosis tapes are all created and recorded by Ross Hester, Physician Assistant, Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist, and Certified NLP Practitioner.  In addition to our standard hypnosis tapes, Ross can create tapes with a custom hypnosis script just for your specific needs.   Professional Affiliations include the Florida Association For Professional Hypnosis, the Hypnosis Education Association, the National Federation of Hypnotists [AFL-CIO], the Mt.
